Eaton to Acquire Power Distribution, Inc., Expanding Data Center Power Distribution and Monitoring Solutions

Power management company Eaton recently announced it has agreed to acquire Power Distribution, Inc. (PDI), a supplier of mission critical power distribution, static switching, and power monitoring equipment and services for data centers and industrial and commercial customers.
