Company to maintain list prices for all of 2024

Endress+Hauser Canada announces its pledge to maintain current product list prices, reaffirming its commitment to its customers and the Canadian market. Throughout 2024, Endress+Hauser Canada will refrain from increasing product list prices to maintain customer stability, all while sustaining its mission to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

“We realize the challenges our customers have endured during the pandemic and deeply appreciate the loyalty and trust they have in Endress+Hauser Canada.  This is our opportunity to enable the predictability and stability that our customers and partners need and want at this time and supports our desire to provide an outstanding customer experience,” said Anthony Varga, General Manager of Endress +Hauser Canada.

In addition to holding product list pricing and improving supply chain performance, Endress+Hauser Canada will reduce freight costs by 2.5% to its list price-based customers, further stabilizing and reducing overall purchasing costs.

Endress+Hauser Canada and its national representative partner network have committed to same-day turnaround times for all non-project quotation requests received before 2 p.m. local time as standard practice. This will provide all customers with timely, accurate quotations to meet their needs at the speed of business today. This speed of response is enhanced by industry-leading delivery times for process instrumentation due to increased production capacity and supply chain capabilities.
